Beijing: If you are not happy, leave, the Chinese company has introduced a new policy.

Work and home life balance has always been a major issue for which various companies globally come up with ideas to facilitate their employees.

According to the South China Morning Post, a Chinese retail store chain recently introduced a unique idea of ’unhappy holidays’ in its firm, whereby employees can take leave if they are unhappy.

Employees will be allowed 10 days of ‘unhappy leaves’ per year which must be approved by the management.

Company owner Yu Donghai says, “I want every employee to have the freedom to not come to work when they are not happy.”

He further said that no one can be denied this leave by the administration, doing so would be a violation of the rules.
