New York: Former US President Donald Trump has been fined $350 million for defrauding creditors.

According to foreign media, former US President Donald Trump was fined $354.9 million for misrepresenting his overall financial status to deceive bankers in order to get a loan.

A New York judge has also banned former President Donald Trump from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation for three years.

A lawsuit filed by New York’s attorney general accused Donald Trump of inflating his net worth by $3.6 billion a year to get bankers better loans for a decade.

On the other hand, former US President Donald Trump denied the allegation and termed the case as political revenge. The trial against Trump continued for 3 months after which the verdict was announced.
