Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has introduced the creation of legal guidelines for the rights and safety of passengers.
In keeping with the notification issued by the Saudi Aviation Authority, the principles for the rights and safety of passengers will come into impact from November 20. Airways will probably be fined closely and passengers will probably be charged for violating the principles.
Saudi Aviation issued orders to all airways together with PIA. Prior Line will compensate passengers for flight delays and cancellations.
In keeping with the notification, the airline will present all journey services together with lodge to the passengers and will probably be accountable for offering lodging, meals and transport to the passengers in case of delay of flight departure of greater than 6 hours. If the flight is delayed for greater than 3 hours by the airline, it is going to be obligatory to supply meals and services to the passengers.
