In a current interview, Khalilur Rehman Qamar, the author of well-known dramas like Mere Paas Tum Ho, Sadke Tumre and Pyare Afzal, has revealed that he wrote his well-known poem ‘Zauri Tha’ in ninth grade.

The playwright mentioned that in his scholar days, these dad and mom used to emphasize him to check English, so he used to write down poetry in secret.
