The European Mediterranean Seismological Heart stated that an earthquake measuring 7.0 struck the Bali Sea area in Indonesia on Monday.
The middle added that the quake was 203 kilometers north of Mataram, Indonesia, at a depth of 516 kilometers beneath the earth’s floor.
The US Geological Survey estimated the magnitude of the quake to be 7.1.
No tsunami threats
The US tsunami warning system stated there have been no tsunami threats because of the quake.
There have been no experiences of injury or casualties but, though some accounts on the social media platform X, previously referred to as Twitter, have posted movies exhibiting tremors.
