The syndicate said four hospitals were bombed in the city of Al-Abid, bringing the total number of hospitals bombed to 13.
At least 26 people were killed and 33 injured in the bombing of al-Abid Hospital.
The union said 19 hospitals were forced to evacuate.
The preliminary committee also announced in a separate statement that civilian casualties had risen to 243 and 1,335 wounded since clashes began last Saturday.
The committee said in a statement that 45 civilians were murdered and 128 were injured, with several in critical condition, on Thursday.
The statement pointed out that due to the security situation in the country, many deaths and injuries are not included in this list due to difficulty in movement and access to hospitals.
